    Former Giant Cepeda To Manage Giants
    San Francisco(AP): Today the San Francisco Giants announced former giant Orlando Cepeda will be the manager of the Giants in 2000. Cepeda was a major leaguer from 1958-1974 he was a Giant from 1958-1966 and 379 home runs and drove in 1,365 runs in 17 major league seasons. He was inducted in the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1999. He will be 63 when he walks into the dugout. He will be introuduced on January 3.

    Rules
    I will be using these rules:
    maxium of 4 FA's in off-season and 2 trades in the off-season
    maxium of 3 in-season trade
    Injuries will be set to -20 servirity and -10 frequency
    Mimicking historical drafts will be set to -100
    I will do 2 series at a time in recaps
    so lets go
